What is your Return Policy

Due to the nature of some our bath products, we cannot accept physical returns for those items. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately and include a photo so that we may assist you promptly. Please initiate return by emailing thesugarbarshop@gmail.com 

within two weeks of purchase or receipt of arrival. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as purchased in its original packaging (if applicable). If you paid a shipping charge on your original order, shipping charges are not refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

What if I entered in the wrong address?

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. The Sugar Bar is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address due to guest error. Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping details to avoid any inconvenience.
